Our standard price per visit is for basic services within our service area. We can provide services outside of our service area for a small up-charge and can customize the services we offer you based on your individual needs.
- Standard Services - $30 per weekday visit
- Emergency/Unplanned/evening/weekend visits - $60 per visit
- Outside service area - add $1/mile
- Additional services will be quoted separately and are dependent on size of the property, pool, driveway, etc.
- Except for emergencies, no additional services will be performed without prior customer consent.
- For emergency services, we will make all reasonable attempts to get prior consent. If delaying will cause severe damage to home/property, we will act first and contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible. Note: the customer is responsible for paying contractor fees. There will be an extra charge of $25 per hour for oversite by Vacation Property Check.
